Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Core Removal Chemical Process Operator to remove ceramic core material from aerospace castings using specialized processing equipment. You will operate vessels, handle castings safely, monitor conditions and ensure quality and safety standards.

You'll work on 5th shift (Fri-Sun 6:00p-6:00a) with a $3.50 shift differential, contributing to the production of critical aerospace components used worldwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months in manufacturing, chemical processing or related field.
• English literacy: speaking, reading, writing, and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate core removal and chemical processing equipment.
• Load/unload baskets and castings for processing.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, cycle times and fluid levels.
