Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Core Removal Chemical Process Operator to remove ceramic core material from aerospace castings using specialized equipment. You will handle castings, monitor conditions, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a manufacturing setting.

The role operates on a 4th shift—Friday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a $3.00 shift differential. Benefits and a supportive environment are part of Chromalloy’s Total Rewards Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ months of manufacturing or chemical processing preferred.
• Basic math and ability to read and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate core removal and chemical processing equipment used to remove ceramic core material from castings.
• Load and unload baskets, castings, and components for processing.
• Monitor process conditions such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, and fluid levels.
• Operate multiple core removal vessels using potassium hydroxide (KOH) and other approved processes.
• Complete required production documentation and process records.
