Qualifications

• Ability to clearly communicate in English and follow written procedures.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate core removal and chemical processing equipment.
• Load and unload baskets, castings, and components for processing.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, cycle time, and fluid levels.
• Operate multiple vessels using KOH and other approved processes.
• Perform acid removal and rinse operations following procedures.
• Wash and rinse parts to remove residual materials.
• Complete production documentation and process records.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow PPE standards.
