Job summary

Albany International Corp. in Rochester, NH seeks an Electrical/Automation Engineer to ensure reliability of control systems in aeronautical manufacturing. You will maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade automated equipment, harness safety controls, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree required or NH Master electrical license.
2–4 years of relevant experience in motion controls and automation.
Extensive knowledge of electrical, motion control and software systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot and install automated equipment for manufacturing of composite products.
Assist in modifications and upgrades to equipment per design/specifications.
Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Identify, troubleshoot and maintain AB RS LOGIX 5000 with ladder or block logic.
Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings; utilize SCADA systems and KPIs.
Support production with troubleshooting and repairs in area of expertise.
