Job summary

Dayton-Granger, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based aerospace manufacturer, seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract lifecycle management, RFQ/proposal development, and negotiations across multiple programs. You'll coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of aerospace/manufacturing contract management experience.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and FAR/DFARS familiarity.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• ERP experience and ISO/quality familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned aerospace contracts from start to finish.
• Lead RFQ and proposal development with internal stakeholders.
• Own contract negotiations, terms, pricing, and customer communication.
• Maintain project milestone schedules and cross-department alignment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Enter and track quotes and orders in ERP; review PO terms and flow-downs.
• Monitor customer portals and SAM.gov for upcoming programs.
• Respond to customer inquiries, compliance requests, deliverables.
• Support business development with technical contract inputs and pricing guidance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure program compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements in Contracts and Program Management.
• Follow DG safety procedures.
