Qualifications

• 5–10 years of configuration management or related field.
• Experience managing engineering changes end-to-end.
• Knowledge of baseline management, change control, and verification.
• Experience with drawings, requirements, BOMs, and controlled data.
• Strong organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Configuration management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering changes from initiation through closure and verification.
• Coordinate ECNs, proposals, notices, deviations, and waivers.
• Support Configuration Control Boards and technical reviews.
• Assess impacts on requirements, hardware, software, and schedules.
• Maintain configuration records, baselines, approvals, and traceability.
• Update drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Track verification, retesting, and implementation activities.
