• Establish and maintain product configuration baselines for aircraft systems.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposals from approval through implementation.
• Control engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate Bills of Materials and parts lists.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and design data.
• Lead Configuration Control Boards and evaluate proposed changes.
• Coordinate change implementation across various teams.
• Manage engineering deviations and track effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Support certification activities with regulatory authorities.
• Maintain conformity records for audits.
• Support Product Lifecycle Management systems integration.
• Generate configuration reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with various interdisciplinary teams.
• Support manufacturing activities through configuration management.
