Job summary

Layup Parts in Huntington Beach is seeking a skilled technician for our 3rd shift, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, to support prepreg composites manufacturing. You will lay up parts, prepare tooling, and assist with cure cycles in a fast-paced production environment.

You should have at least 3 years of prepreg composites experience and be proficient with calipers, tape measures, and related tools. We offer a $1.50 per hour shift differential and opportunities to grow within a cutting-edge manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prepreg composites manufacturing experience.
• Experience with layup processes, molds, cure cycles.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read and interpret layup instructions and work from process documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tooling and molds.
• Lay up parts using templates and projection systems.
• Bag, cure, and demold parts.
• Document material usage and production data.
• Provide engineering feedback for process improvements.
• Maintain organized work and safety standards.
