Job summary

Skyeton USA Manufacturing is establishing a new aerospace composite cell in Fayetteville, NC to produce airframe parts for the Raybird unmanned aerial system. The facility uses a wet‑layup process (no autoclaves) with Skyeton molds, tooling, and process documentation proven in Slovakia and Ukraine for over a decade.

You will be trained on the Skyeton process from day one. For the first six months (Sept 2026 – Feb 2027), you’ll work alongside Ukrainian foremen in residence, gaining hands‑on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work with hazardous materials.
• US person status and ability to pass background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lay up fiberglass and carbon fiber reinforcements into molds.
• Build vacuum bags and maintain vacuum to spec.
• Demold, trim flash, and finish surfaces per standards.
• Assist with in‑mold paint prep and post‑paint finish.
• Maintain mold‑release discipline and tool logs.
• Follow ESD‑safe and FOD‑safe practices in the layup area.
