Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years as Manufacturing Engineer.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience creating work instructions.
• Composite part fabrication experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen experience for continuous improvements.
• Review drawings and specs to understand methods and activities.
• Plan operation sequences for composite fabrication.
• Develop and qualify new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• FMEA/Process Capability/TPM experience for new and existing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve composite part fabrication processes, methods, and tooling.
• Assist in tool design and shop-floor manufacturing support.
• Industrialize new processes and introduce new products.
• Provide leadership to team members.
