Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production processes, tooling methodologies, and manufacturing plans.
• Lead improvements to work instructions and standardize production practices.
• Train teams in manufacturing process improvements.
• Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate solutions.
• Develop and implement producible designs for production builds.
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability.
