Job summary

Avient Corporation is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate (Hand Lamination) to produce CT products and manage related materials. You will operate and adjust equipment, take samples for quality checks, and maintain production records.

The role involves safety compliance and teamwork to meet production targets in a rigorous manufacturing setting. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with attention to detail and strong English

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and Hazmat awareness.
• Understanding of changeovers, cleaning, and setup per SOPs.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain records.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust and clean equipment to produce CT products.
• Take samples, test properties and prepare for quality checks.
• Maintain raw materials and finished product records in the system.
• Inspect, pack and move finished goods; manage inventory levels.
• Assist training and guidance of other team members; follow safety rules.
