Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of composites experience in aerospace/mfg environment or equivalent.
• Ability to pass medical/respiratory evaluation for respirator clearance.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Bond dissimilar materials into finished products.
• Lay out articles and cut parts to size.
• Apply bonding agents and control bonding cycle conditions.
• Operate autoclave, hydraulic presses and ovens for bonding.
• Monitor quality and perform repairs per instructions.
• Complete improvements in production methods and team effectiveness.
