Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Good written documentation and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and associated manufacturing plans or sketches.
• Must be able to read from written instructions and follow verbal directions.
• Pushing/pulling/lifting up to 30 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating parts, products, and assemblies from written instructions and associated sketches.
• Manually perform lay-up assemblies of composite parts using various resin-reinforced fabrics & hand tools such as cutting tools, heat guns, templates, etc.
• Trim / Drill and assemble Radomes
• Tape / Sand / Wash Radomes for coatings
• Work to schedules and action lists to complete tasks and goals
