Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and quality systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma, DOE, SPC, and quality tools.
• Familiarity with AS9100D or aerospace quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Manufacturing Engineering support across programs with a focus on airborne products.
• Develop and implement qualification, reliability, and FMEA plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Interface with customers, DERs, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
