Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC in Duncan, SC is seeking an APS Operator to perform automated Thermal Spray, Slurry, Chamfer, Laser and Ultrasonic work and prep tasks. Reports to Shift Supervisor and works in both office and manufacturing environments.

The role requires attention to measurements, equipment maintenance, data entry in Excel/Word, and adherence to safety policies. Standard hours are 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run automated Thermal Spray coating booth and equipment.
• Use calibrated instruments for measurements and quality checks.
• Enter data into electronic logs using Excel/Word.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with prep-work and maintenance of guns and equipment.
