Chromalloy is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to support aerospace turbine engine component production. You will perform chemical processing, coating, cleaning, and thermal operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met across a range of engine platforms.

The role emphasizes operating and maintaining coating systems and related equipment, logging processes, and supporting Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in chemical processing or coating operations preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical processing and coating operations on aerospace components.
• Execute production processes including coating preparation and cleaning activities.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain furnaces and coating equipment.
• Prepare and mix production materials per procedures and maintain logs.
