The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 5+ years of machining experience, can edit CNC programs, and works safely with coolants and tooling in a precision environment.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets complicated prints and drawings to verify tolerances.
• Operates milling, drilling, and boring equipment to tight specs.
• Maintains precision and safety in a high-demand shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up NC/CNC machines and verify tooling and coolant flow.
• Edit and modify CNC programs when necessary to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor and document part quality and scrap rates.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
