Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of CNC machine setup experience.
• Able to work on 2nd shift in Newington, CT.

Responsibilities

• Set up cutting tools for MAZAK automated line Mill/Turn machines.
• Read process sheets and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Install and preset tooling according to process sheet.
• Observe machine data and verify dimensions against specs.
• Inspect parts with micrometers and gauges and maintain SPC charts.
• Assist with changeovers to shorten setup time.
• Perform other related duties as required.
