Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a highly technical aerospace and industrial manufacturer in Hanover, PA. You will develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and grinders, reading drawings and customer specs to ensure precision and quality.

You will collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams, benefit from overtime, training and a clear path for progression within a challenging manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CNC controls, CAD/CAM, and CNC programming.
• Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and modern machining equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision components.
• Program and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and modern machining equipment.
• Work with Engineering, Machining, and Quality teams to improve processes.
• Develop tooling, make machine offset adjustments, and support quality improvements.
