Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join a fast-paced aerospace-like shop. You will use CAD/CAM to program multi-axis milling machines, translate drawings, and support DFMA improvements.

The role requires 2+ years NX CAM, PLM, and NX modeling experience, plus hands-on work with mill-turn and Okuma machining centers. You will help manufacture complex parts and manage tooling and setups in a dynamic team environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Siemens NX CAM programming experience.
• 2+ years of experience using PLM software.
• 2+ years of NX modeling experience.
• Experience programming mill-turn machining centers.
• Experience programming Okuma machining centers.

Responsabilidades

• Use CAD/CAM software to program multi-axis milling machines to machine complex metallic structures and components
• Translate engineering drawings into reliable R&D and production machining processes
• Provide feedback to engineering teams to improve DFMA
• Design, program and machine test fixtures
• Maintain rev control of programs, tooling and setups
• Select tooling and maintain tool library
• Material selection and sizing
• Ability to handle complete part manufacture including outside processing
• Experience with a variety of materials (aluminum, stainless steels, titanium and nickel based alloys)
