You will plan, write, and revise CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM, analyze drawings, and ensure parts meet tight customer specifications through careful tool selection and process control.

Responsibilities

• Programs system of CNC machines in Siemens NX CAM software for various parts.
• Applies knowledge of materials to design and carry out operations meeting specs.
• Analyzes drawings, blueprints and design data to determine dimensions and tooling.
• Determines reference points and cutting paths, uses Vericut to review for crashes.
• Writes and documents instruction sheets and machine programs; maintains documentation.
