Job summary

Qualifications

• NC programming in MasterCam required.
• Experience with VeriCut simulation/verification.

• 3+ years CAD/CAM aerospace structural programming.
• Knowledge of CNC machine controls and G-code.
• Strong machining background for aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs to control contour-path machining of metal parts.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to create fixtures, drawings, and BOMs.
• Create CNC programs and tooling concepts to meet specifications.
• Determine tool paths, cutting tools, and speeds/feeds.
• Ensure conformance to procedures and quality levels.
• Produce fixture setup documents and CNC programs.
