Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a highly specialized aerospace organization with decades of experience designing wind tunnel test models. Using Mastercam 2024, you will develop CNC programs for complex 3D contour prototype models and collaborate with Mill Operators, Engineering, and Fabrication teams to ensure precision.

Requirements include 5–10 years of CNC programming, 5-axis machining, reading blueprints, and U.S.

Qualifications

5–10 years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam 2024.
Strong experience programming complex 3D contour models.
Experience machining prototypes, unique parts, and complex components.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
Experience working closely with Mill Operators, Engineering, and Fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute machining operations by interpreting technical blueprints.
Develop CNC programs using Mastercam 2024 for complex 3D contour prototype models.
Collaborate closely with Mill Operators to ensure machining accuracy and production quality.
Coordinate with Engineering and Fabrication teams to optimize machining processes.
Support the production of unique and highly complex aerospace prototypes.
Troubleshoot programming and machining challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
