Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming in precision manufacturing.
• 2+ years on lathe and mill-turn equipment.
• Ability to read aerospace drawings and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and tooling technologies.
• Experience with multi-axis machining and complex geometries.
• Proactive problem solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis lathes and mill-turns.
• Interpret aerospace drawings, specs, and GD&T.
• Develop strategies using CAD/CAM to manufacture tight-tolerance parts.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and parameters for efficiency.
• Program and support machining of aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel).
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to improve processes.
• Conduct program prove-outs and support FAI for accuracy and compliance.
• Reduce cycle times and boost productivity through optimization.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime.
