Job summary

CornerStone Staffing is hiring a CNC Programmer in Tulsa, OK, to develop and improve CNC programs for aerospace-grade components using CATIA V5. You will review blueprints, determine tooling and machining sequences, and validate programs with VERICULT to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and production teams, optimizing toolpaths, and supporting trials to meet stringent aerospace specifications. Direct Hire, full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of aerospace CNC programming experience.
• Advanced proficiency with CATIA V5.
• Experience with VERICUT and ICAM.
• Ability to create CNC programs and toolpaths from scratch.
• Strong blueprint-reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Experience selecting tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and production troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CATIA V5 certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs and toolpaths using CATIA V5.
• Review blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD data.
• Determine tooling, speeds, feeds, reference points, and machining sequences.
• Validate programs through computer simulation using VERICUT.
• Support machine trial runs and troubleshoot programming or production issues.
• Revise programs to correct errors and improve cycle time, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Modify existing programs to support changing production requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure parts meet specifications.
