Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION is seeking an experienced CAM programmer for aerospace machining. You will design fixturing concepts, program 4th–6th axis operations, and work with titanium and exotic materials. Proficiency in Catia or Mastercam and Vericut is required; SolidWorks experience is also needed.

You will collaborate with shop-floor personnel to troubleshoot and improve machining processes, applying strict GD&T standards. This role requires hands-on collaboration on the shop floor at our U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability in Fixturing Concepts and Designing using CAD system; Catia preferred.
• Programming knowledge with forged materials.
• Experience with Titanium and exotic materials.
• Tooling knowledge and selecting tools for materials.
• 4th, 5th and 6th axis multi-axis programming.
• Catia or Mastercam knowledge; Vericut is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of Aerospace GD&T.
• Willing to work with operators on shop floor to troubleshoot and improve machining process.
• SolidWorks experience is needed.
