Job summary

Smartsearchonline in Olathe, KS is seeking a CNC Machine Operator / Operator-In-Training. This direct, full-time role has 4 openings and offers paid training for candidates new to CNC.

You will operate CNC equipment, load materials, inspect parts with precision tools, and perform deburring while learning FANUC controls and quality standards. A strong mechanical aptitude and long-term career interest are key.

Shifts Available:

• A-Days: Sun-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6 AM–6:30 PM
• B-Days: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 AM–6:30 PM
• A-Nights: Sun-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($2 shift differential)
• B-Nights: Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)

Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: US Citizen

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing, machining, automotive, maintenance, military, or technical experience is a plus
• Experience with CNC machining, milling, FANUC controls, calipers, or micrometers is helpful but not required
• Reliable work history and interest in building a long-term career
