Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing or mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and work in production for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines in a production environment.
• Load materials and monitor production cycles.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers and micrometers.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure specs.
• Read and follow production documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and notify supervisors.
