Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a machine shop environment.
• Vertical CNC milling expertise.

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run 3- and 4-axis vertical CNC milling equipment for precision aerospace parts.
• Stage tools, fixtures, and programs for scheduled jobs.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and technical instructions with confidence.
• Dial in tooling, work offsets, and program parameters to hold tight tolerances.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections against print requirements.
• Deliver consistent results in a structured aerospace production environment.
