The role requires 2+ years of CNC milling experience and strong GD&T knowledge. You will work in a high-precision environment, collaborate with engineering, and contribute to the production of jet engine service tools and critical flight safety parts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC milling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Proficiency with CNC controls and precision measurement methods.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3- to 5-axis as applicable).
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions; load materials and verify alignment.
• Monitor feeds, speeds, and tool wear; maintain tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with precision tools and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues; coordinate with engineering as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
