You load tools, confirm offsets, and run a first-article part on a 3- or 4-axis CNC mill. With micrometers and calipers in hand, you verify critical dimensions and make fine adjustments to keep everything on tolerance. Throughout the run, you monitor cutting conditions, tweak feeds and speeds as needed, and document quality checks to meet aerospace standards.
