Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC milling machines for aerospace/defense components.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T with close-tolerance parts.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection steps.
• Capable of independent machine setups and program/tool adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, routings, and customer specs.
• Load, verify, and edit CNC programs as needed.
• Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision tools.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and QA to resolve issues.
