Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC programming and machining processes for complex titanium aerospace components. You will develop CAD/CAM programs, simulate them, and verify designs for manufacturability and quality.

Collaborate with machinists on tooling and fixturing, plan processes for quotes, and lead shop-floor continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Solid CNC programming and machining background with precision manufacturing preferred.
• CAM software and machining process development experience.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining strategies, and tooling optimization.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and complex technical drawings.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Nice to have: CREO, titanium/aerospace machining experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for complex titanium aerospace components.
• Build 3D models and CAD/CAM programs, and prove them out with simulation software.
• Review part designs for manufacturability, quality, and customer requirements.
• Work with machinists on tooling, fixturing, and cutting strategies.
• Do process planning to support customer quotes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects on the shop floor.
