Zusammenfassung

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC programming and machining processes for complex titanium aerospace components. You will develop CAD/CAM programs, simulate them, and verify designs for manufacturability and quality.

Collaborate with machinists on tooling and fixturing, plan processes for quotes, and lead shop-floor continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Solid CNC programming and machining background with precision manufacturing preferred.
• CAM software and machining process development experience.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining strategies, and tooling optimization.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and complex technical drawings.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Nice to have: CREO, titanium/aerospace machining experience.

Our facility makes precision titanium components for the aerospace industry. They need a Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC programming skills to own machining processes for complex flight-critical parts, from CAD/CAM programming through running production.
