• Design, implement routers, fixturing, and gages for safe, efficient manufacturing.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement activities and support troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability.
• Maintain time standards and support tooling and process improvements.
