Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an onsite Orlando, FL role. You will develop and optimize CNC manufacturing processes, layouts, work instructions, and machining workflows using CAD/CAM, G-code, GD&T, and data analytics to boost efficiency and quality.

The 12-month contract features a 2nd shift (Tue-Fri, 10 hours; 12 noon–10 pm) with health benefits and 401K offered. You will contribute to automation, robotics, and process improvements while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Manufacturing process engineer.
• 2+ years experience with CAD software.
• 2+ years experience with CAM software.
• 2+ years experience with G-code.
• 2+ years experience with GD&T interpretation.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment.
• General understanding of Mil-Spec special processes (heat treatment, chem-film, anodize, passivation, organic coatings, etc.).
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient production workflows, integrating new technologies, and ensuring high quality manufacturing outcomes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
• Integrate automation, robotics, and computer aided manufacturing software to improve efficiency.
• Create and analyze 3D model data to optimize work instructions and process flows.
• Evaluate equipment performance, including IoT devices, and initiate corrective actions.
• Utilize factory data to develop statistical process control and continuous improvement analytics.
• Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
• Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
