Comlux America LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a CNC Operator to produce high-quality aircraft components for VIP completions. The role requires independent operation of CNC programs, reading blueprints, and maintaining process documentation.

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with FAA regulations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates have 1–3 years of CNC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and machinist training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical machining training preferred.
• 1–3 years CNC machining or CNC operating experience.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; read engineering docs/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines using approved programs.
• Load/unload materials and ensure proper setup integrity.
• Conduct repeat job setups including fixtures, tooling, and offsets.
• Monitor machine operation to maximize run time and production efficiency.
• Perform in-process inspections and dimensional verification with approved instruments.
• Identify quality concerns and escalate to leadership.
• Make minor machine offset adjustments as required.
• Verify parts meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with procedures.
• Operate shop tools safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Develop knowledge of FAA requirements and RSQM procedures.
