TURBOCAM is seeking a skilled CNC operator to set up, run, and align lathe, mill, and balance machines for prototyping and production. You will read process sheets and drawings, document inspections, and help maintain overall shop efficiency.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $21.00/hr in a role requiring occasional lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or CNC operation is preferred but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and good math skills are important.
• You should be thorough, able to follow instructions, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and align lathe, mill, and balance CNC machines to close tolerances.
• Document operations and inspections per Quality Manual.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Work from process sheets and drawings to machine parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
• Demonstrate reliability, safety, and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
