TURBOCAM INC. is seeking a CNC machinist to set up, operate, and align lathe, mill, and balance machines for prototyping and production. You will follow process sheets, read drawings, and document inspections to ensure tight tolerances are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or CNC operation is a plus; willingness to learn.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and align lathe, mill, and balance machines to tight tolerances.
• Document operations and inspections per Quality Manual.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Work from process sheets, drawings, or specifications to machine parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics on assigned machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
