Ursa Major Technologies is seeking skilled machinists to program and operate CNC lathes and mills for tight-tolerance aerospace parts. You will be part of a focused machining team reporting to the Operations Team, contributing to critical hardware and sharing best practices to raise the knowledge base and engine programs.

Requirements include 1 year machining experience, CNC operation experience, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a machining environment.
• Experience operating CNC equipment (lathe or mill).
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC equipment to machine aerospace components with tight tolerances.
• Maximize spindle uptime and keep machines running.
• Support rework and part modification operations.
• Assist with shop operations including setups, tooling and work holding management.
• Maintain high standards of shop cleanliness and organization.
