Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC machinist in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Mastercam CAM software 2024 or newer.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools to ensure manufacturing precision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and GD&T specifications.
• Loading materials and fixtures; configure tool offsets and work offsets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for aerospace manufacturing.
• Follow detailed engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, quality inspectors, and production staff to ensure first-article success.
