Job summary

Northstar is seeking a CNC Machinist in Phoenix, AZ to operate CNC and manual equipment, provide technical oversight, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. The role reports to the Production Supervisor in a full-time capacity with no direct reports.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of CNC aerospace machining experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills to work across manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist teammates with technical issues.
