You will work alongside experienced machinists to learn how advanced CNC machines turn raw material into precision aerospace parts. As an intern, you will read blueprints, load and operate CNC machines, set up and run jobs with guidance, inspect parts with precision tools, identify defects, and communicate progress with the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or technical program.
• Interested in machining, engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace.
• Willing to learn and work with your hands.
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous machining experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Load and operate CNC machines.
• Set up and run jobs with guidance from experienced machinists.
• Inspect parts and use precision measuring tools.
• Identify part defects or machine issues.
