Job summary

Pall Aerospace Machine Shop is hiring a CNC Machinist II in New Port Richey, FL. You will set up and operate CNC Mills/Lathes, select fixtures and tooling, and ensure parts meet quality standards on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) with frequent overtime. U.S.

citizenship or appropriate status is required for export-controlled work. Essential duties include first-piece and in-process inspection, reading blueprints, and maintaining production rates per standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; trade school apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 4 years of CNC set-up experience.
• Fluent in blueprint reading or complete blueprint training onsite.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes, select tools, fixtures, and methods to produce machined parts; adjust tooling as needed to maintain quality.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using gauges and CMMs; read drawings for castings, forgings, and detailed sketches; complete required paperwork.
