Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate to produce high precision aerospace components on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
• Daily machine maintenance (checking fluid levels, cleaning chips).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Tool management and offsets to compensate for tool wear; replace worn tools.
• Adhere to safety standards, understand buy-off requirements and paperwork (MOT, Inspection Travelers, Job Sheets).
• Maintain correct part counts on MOT and hold tolerances of .0002–.0005 inches.
• Work independently, operate two machines regularly and communicate process improvements.
• Report any job-related issues to leadership for resolution.
