Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a skilled Machinist II for our Mobile U.S. Manufacturing facility to fabricate high-tolerance aerospace components for A220 and A320. You will work with 3- and 5-axis CNC mills, manual lathes, and grinders, ensuring strict tolerances with Titanium and other aerospace alloys.

The role requires extensive experience, strong GD&T interpretation, and the ability to edit G-code. Join a team dedicated to precision and aerospace excellence on the Airbus Way.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as CNC/manual machinist, aerospace preferred.
• Experience with Titanium and aerospace alloys.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• G-code editing on CAM or machine controller.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills, manual lathes and grinders to exacting tolerances.
• Select tools, speeds, and feeds; verify dimensions with precision gages.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve discrepancies and maintain SAP data.
