Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 5-axis machining experience.
• Strong understanding of G-code and tool paths.
• Reads blueprints and GD&T.
• Runs own setups from setup sheets and inspects own work.

Responsibilities

• Setups: Load and verify programs, tools, offsets, and fixtures from setup sheets
• Machining: Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers, including large-format work
• Dimensional Accuracy: Adjust machine parameters, offsets, and tooling to hold tight tolerances
• Blueprints & GD&T: Work from complex aerospace prints and customer specifications
• Inspection: Precise measurement with calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
