Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• 5-axis machining experience.
• Strong understanding of G-code and tool paths.
• Reads blueprints and GD&T.
• Runs own setups from setup sheets and inspects own work.

Responsibilities

• Setups: Load and verify programs, tools, offsets, and fixtures from setup sheets
• Machining: Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centers, including large-format work
• Dimensional Accuracy: Adjust machine parameters, offsets, and tooling to hold tight tolerances
• Blueprints & GD&T: Work from complex aerospace prints and customer specifications
• Inspection: Precise measurement with calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments

Overview

We're hiring CNC Machinists for our aerospace and defense machine shop outside of Anaheim, CA

We machine frames and structural components for defense platforms-true large-format work, on parts most machinists never get their hands on.

If your fundamentals are strong, we'll train you on large-format gantry mills, 5-axis machining centers, and supporting CNC mills and lathes.

Compensation

• $30-$42
• 45-hour week + additional optional overtime
• Up to $100k/yr (including overtime)

Hiring on 1st and 2nd Shift

• Monday - Friday

You don't need large-format or gantry experience. If you're a 3, 4, or 5-axis machinist with strong fundamentals and solid setup skills, we'll train you on the big machines.

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• 5-axis machining experience

• U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident) - ITAR-regulated facility

• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
• Large-format or gantry mill experience
• Experience machining large structural parts
