Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing’s Cutting Dynamics division in Avon, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to run CNC milling machines on the 2nd shift. You will load, set up, and operate CNC equipment, perform maintenance, and ensure quality per routing documents. Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills are required.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced aerospace environment with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience with vertical/horizontal CNC milling.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, load, and run product into the CNC machine.
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment and keep the area clean.
• Perform manual deburring as needed.
• Inspect and record results per Process Routing Document.
• Complete reports and paperwork.
• Communicate with management and shop staff to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and safeguard assets.
